- Limit of 3 of the same class per 25 man raids

ok ok I know I m pushing it on sarcasm but what other artificial means could Blizzard implement to try to slow down progression? And should Blizzard actually artificially limit progression? Previously progression was either slowed by very hard modes or simply content being withhold. Here it seems this is going to create issues where you will have to bring the same people to the raid everyweek to avoid losing learning time.
On the other end it enables to avoid the Burned-out effect where people quit because they can t play 24 hours a day like some guilds require. Personally I think it is a bad idea to put artificial blocks like this in a MMO. But if it manages to keep more people playing then good for Blizzard. I am just worried at the precedents that this is going to introduce. One thing is now sure, with the departure of Tigole and Kalgan, radical changes are being made to World of Warcraft. Only time will tell how this fares out.
